I'll try to answer as many questions as I can as quickly as possible and post them here to benefit all readers.

This file will contain references to pages in HTML & CGI Unleashed, either the first edition (1995) or the Professional Reference Edition (1996). I may supply some of the answers to the questions in my other webs, such as The HTML Station or the Web Development web. In such cases, I'll give you pointers from here to those locations.

• Question (1996 Edition, Page 988): How do I implement the META element in the HEAD element, to cause a web page to be indexed & cataloged by indexing sites like Alta Vista, Yahoo, Jobsite etc?
